GROUP RESERVATIONS
-Each site must be reserved under different names.
-Only the person on the original reservation can check in for the designated site.
(IDs will be required upon check in)
-any reservations of 2 or more campers that request and reserve to stay
together will need to pay to lock the site in to guarantee not to be moved.
We have 9 rustic, one room cabins which include:
-A full size bed, a set of bunk beds, small refrigerator, television and a table with chairs.
-There is running water located outside of the cabin along with a picnic table and fire ring.
-They do not have restrooms, but are near a bath house for your convenience.
You will need to bring linens and any cookware
(grates for fire rings are not included).
Absolutely NO smoking and NO pets in the cabins.
ALL SITES INCLUDE 1 PICNIC TABLE & 1 FIRE RING
-All reservations made, guarantee a site, not always a specific site.
-Putting a tent on a full hook up RV site is not permitted without approval from the office.
-ID will be required to check in for you reserved site. The person's name that is on the reservation, must be the one to register at check in.

The month of October alone will have a different rate.
This is a recreational facility, this restricts us from accepting any
long term residents. We limit these contracts to a maximum of 2 months.
*When reserving a Monthly site, the full month deposit will be due at that time. To cancel or transfer reservation there must be a 2 week notice given upon the arrival. Cancelling in the 2 weeks prior to reservation, will result in forfeiture of funds. Pro Rates will only be given in the beginning of a monthly contract and must be paid, in addition to first full months rent. We do not pro rate at the end of a month.

CANCELLATIONS
All Reservations Will have a $15 cancellation Fee after the transaction is complete. This is regardless of the time frame of in which it was made.
Non Holiday Weekend
1 Week notice or the minimum nights required are forfeited
All Cancellations/Transfers will be subject to a $15 fee
(each time of transfer)
NO SHOWS
Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.
No Refunds for early departures
Holiday Weekend
2 Week notice or the minimum nights required are forfeited.
Any reservation that exceeds the minimum nights required,
may transfer the additional days to a future reservation, if done within 1 week of arrival date.
(This transfer must happen at time of cancellation)
All Cancellations/Transfers will be subject to a $15 fee

No outside firewood is to be brought
into the Campground
Firewood can be pre-ordered
and delivered to your site.
Sold by the tractor bucket load
or by the bundle
NO Golf Carts or ATVs
Golf Carts and Atvs can only
be brought in by customers with
a Monthly or Yearly contract.
Want to bring your pets?
We do no discriminate on any breeds!
We only ask that you:
-clean up after your pets
-keep them leashed (MD state law)
-do not leave outside unattended
Bicycle Helmets
are required for anyone using a bicycle under the age of 16.
